Problem is I’ve got flabby upper arms that need toning too. Been doing bicep curls and my biceps are looking toned (don’t want to bulk up just get rid of the flab and add some definition!) but not sure how to work the muscles at the back!
Any one have any hints or excercises that I should be doing? Want to say goodbye to those bingo wings and wear strappy tops again!
